Improving the operational efficiency of drilling rock-breaking tools

Improving the quality and volume of drilling is main condition for advancing growth reserves raw materials national economy industry. Rock-breaking tools are busiest part equipment. Most operational productivity equipment depends on operation a rock-breaking tool, improvement performance which will reduce cost wells significantly increase efficiency. The issues related to increasing based improving design have not been fully resolved, their solution now becoming important. This article presents results research devoted problems reducing efficiency rock-crushing that arose as result high temperature at bottom well when cleaning by blowing air, sludge regime occurs during with washing liquids prepared basis water. Special attention paid creating implementing tool indicators.
